Nurturing Congregations

Nurturing Congregations are congregations who are partnering with the Board of Ordained Ministry to develop young leaders for our church.  These congregations are working deliberately to develop a culture of call in all areas of their ministry.  This includes placing young people in positions of leadership and decision making, providing opportunities for service, deliberate teaching around God's call upon our lives, and investing themselves firmly in the belief that God is calling young leaders out or our midst.
